1.1. The legal relationship and any agreement between Autoflasher GmbH and the customer are exclusively governed by these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2. The general terms and conditions can be found on the website (www.autoflasher.com).

1.3. The general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Autoflasher GmbH and to every remote contract concluded between Autoflasher GmbH and the customer, who exclusively purchases or uses tuning software/tuning files (hereinafter referred to as “products”) for professional purposes, which have been placed on the market by Autoflasher GmbH.

1.4. The conditions stated on the website at the time of ordering apply to that order.

1.5. By placing an order or purchasing products from Autoflasher GmbH through the website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the general terms and conditions. In particular, by purchasing, downloading, configuring, or using the products and their documentation, the customer expressly also accepts the terms of the license agreement, which is an integral part of these general terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by this license agreement. In the event of contradictions between the general terms and conditions and the license agreement, the provisions of the license agreement shall take precedence.

1.6. Autoflasher GmbH reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time.

1.7. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if Autoflasher GmbH has expressly agreed to them in writing. Deviations from one or more articles of these general terms and conditions do not affect the validity of the other articles of these conditions.

Professional Customer

2.1. Due to the highly specific nature of the products, Autoflasher GmbH sells its products in a B2B setting only to professional vehicle tuners who are sufficiently trained and qualified to tune a vehicle and can tune a vehicle without additional information, training, or support from a third party.

2.2. By placing an order or purchasing products from Autoflasher GmbH, the customer confirms that they are a professional vehicle tuner with extensive knowledge and training in vehicle tuning.

Information, Orders, Prices, and Availability

3.1. The information published by Autoflasher GmbH (e.g., on the website) is of a general nature and may be corrected or changed. This information is generally not tailored to personal or specific circumstances. Autoflasher GmbH reserves the right to change the properties of the products at any time if deemed appropriate or necessary or required by an authority.

3.2. All offers and products are subject to availability.

3.3. All prices listed on the website are based on the current prices applied by Autoflasher GmbH.

3.4. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT and any other applicable charges.

VAT Number and Invoices

4.1. When registering, the customer must provide their VAT identification number (VAT ID). All invoices are automatically generated based on the information provided at registration.

4.2. Changes to invoices or VAT refunds after invoice issuance are not possible, as the system is automated.

4.3. If the customer does not provide their VAT identification number at registration, they can add it later in their account. However, subsequent changes will not affect invoices that have already been issued.
